We have not had TV or Internet service at our Condo for over 3 months! This is the most expensive and worst utility we have. Indifferent. I have called charter at least 20+ times since I’ve had the service and every time I call I get “oh we have to send out a technician” and that technician calls another technician to boost signal in my area, but never does because I’m having the same issue and I have to KEEP calling you all just to have ANOTHER technician come out to do the same thing the last 6 technicians have done.
